研究計畫

奈米物質可以有許多應用,但是一定要有簡單便宜的大量生產方法才可能實現。化學法是最有可能大量製造,並且控制奈米材料形貌、結構及分散性的方法。譬如酸鹼中和常會生成大顆粒沉澱。假若能適當控制,使形成大顆粒前之奈米核種可以保持獨立,即可簡單大量製造奈米顆粒。然後可以由界面劑、高分子等,使其依照需要形成二次結構甚至三次結構。尤其是將小於100奈米之各種粒子改質後做成功能性塗料。可以以最少年材料產生最大功效。


  1. 發展出大量製作奈米氧化鈦、氧化鋯、鈦酸鋇、氧化鋅、沸石等方法,並大半獲得國內外專利且轉移業界生產。
  2. 利用前述奈米物質發展出硬鍍膜、抗反射膜、光觸媒膜、無機透膜等應用,及各種奈米材料與樹酯混成的技術。
